Slappy Cakes is a full-service breakfast and brunch restaurant. Make-your-own pancakes and cook them at your table on built-in griddles in a family-fun, hands-on setting where it’s okay to play with your food.

At Slappy Cakes, they believe that real food is the best food, that’s why they make everything from scratch daily using the freshest ingredients they can find. Their batters, jams and sauces are prepared without any processed foods. Their biscuits are baked in-house and always fresh. Try their made-from-scratch bloody Mary with local Ocean vodka, “Mauimosa” with housemade coconut syrup, or other handcrafted signature cocktails. Start your day with a cup of Maui grown and roasted coffee made from beans harvested in the West Maui Mountains.
